Quet Noodle Rig: Model based off of a character I designed and rigged for animation and for VR compatibility. This project aimed to help me gain familiarity with rigging organic creatures and 2D shaders.
Jinx's Grenade: A weapon model based off the wind up toy grenade used in the Arcane animated series textured and rendered in Blender, made fully with procedural materials and UV painting
Mechanical Rex: Model from my short film animation. Fully Inverse Kinematic rigged. Drivers and controllers set up to mimic a T. rex walk cycle. Fully modeled and textured from scratch, concept generated from scratch on a napkin one lunch break. Created over the course of a month in my free time. Everything animation and rigging-wise was self-taught through a mountain of online resources and related tutorials.
Link's Awakening: First project teaching myself character modeling fundamentals. Worked on over the span of 3 nights without sleeping. Woke up one day extremely motivated to learn to sculpt, and that energy carried me through from dawn to dusk. Learned to model organic volumes, texture paint (mapping 2D images to a 3D solid), and rig a model (make the character poseable and animation ready).
